1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through the sitemasters.md website is “SPARKGLOW STUDIOS” SRL (hereinafter “the Controller”, “we”), registered at MD-2025, Arheolog Ion Casian Suruceanu str., no. 1, block D, office 34, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1023600059671.

The Controller is not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it does not meet the criteria set out in art. 37–39 of Law No. 195/2024. This situation may be periodically reassessed.
2. What data we collect
Depending on your interaction with the Site, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number — voluntarily entered in contact/price-calculator/callback forms;
- Content of your communication: the message submitted via the form, details about the project you’re interested in;
- Technical and browsing data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, cookies and similar identifiers (see the Cookie Policy);
- Cookie consent record: consent ID, chosen categories, IP address, date and time.
We only collect data necessary for the stated purpose, in line with the data minimisation principle (art. 5 of Law No. 195/2024).

4. Who we share data with
Your data may be shared with:
- IT and hosting service providers — for the Site to function;
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Fonts (only with your consent to the Analytics/Marketing categories);
- Yandex LLC — Yandex Metrica (only with your consent to the Analytics category);
- Trustindex.io — displaying Google reviews (only with your consent);
- Public authorities — where required by law.
All our partners are selected based on guarantees of compliance with data protection legislation and, where applicable, have signed data processing agreements (DPAs) with us.
5. International data transfers
Some of our partners (Google Ireland Limited, Yandex LLC) may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in countries that do not ensure an adequate level of data protection. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or other recognised mechanisms, in accordance with art. 44–50 of Law No. 195/2024.
6. Data retention period
- Contact form data: until the request/project is completed, plus a reasonable period afterward for possible follow-up or contractual obligations, then archived or deleted;
- Cookie consent log: 3 years from the date given (general limitation period under the Moldovan Civil Code), then automatically deleted;
- Analytics data: per the provider’s retention policy (Google/Yandex), maximum 26 months for Google Analytics;
- Cookies: per the durations listed in the table in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024, you have the right to:
- Be informed (art. 13–14);
- Access your data (art. 15);
- Rectification (art. 16);
- Erasure of your data (art. 17);
- Restriction of processing (art. 18–19);
- Data portability (art. 20);
- Object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes (art. 21);
- Not be subject to an automated decision, including profiling, without human intervention (art. 22);
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal — including via the “Cookie Settings” button in the bottom-left corner of the Site.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), www.datepersonale.md, and to address the competent courts.
9. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (SSL certificate, access control, security updates, monitoring) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or accidental disclosure, in accordance with art. 32 of Law No. 195/2024.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
